- You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements for your region.
- You need a Discord account to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or disrupt lobbies in a way that ruins others’ experience.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Service beyond normal play.
- Use the Service for illegal activity or content that violates Discord’s rules.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with the Service.
We may suspend or ban access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms.
4. User content & gameplay
Chat messages and in-game actions you submit are visible to other players in the relevant room. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate the Service. Do not share personal data of others without permission.
5. Intellectual property
The Service’s branding, UI, code, and assets are owned by the operator or its licensors. “Werewolf” / social deduction games are a known genre; this Service is an independent fan-style implementation and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Inc., or any third-party board-game publisher unless explicitly stated.
6. Third-party services
The Service depends on Discord (OAuth, Activity SDK, and related infrastructure). Outages or policy changes at Discord may affect availability. Your use of Discord is subject to Discord’s own terms and privacy policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of €0 (if the Service is free) or the amount you paid us for the Service in the prior 12 months.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement to use the Service.
10. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may discontinue the Service or terminate access at our discretion.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence applies. Courts at the operator’s place of business have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
